Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates: We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JCOM Creations is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Refund & Return Policy

Custom & Personalized Items: Because all custom products (shirts, tumblers, keepsakes, etc.) are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your email/phone] with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Non-Custom Items: Non-custom or standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order.
